We are currently seeking for an experienced scheduler to join our team! Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment, that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect.
And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Creating monthly schedules in advance to provide staff with their shifts Creating daily staffing worksheets and assigning daily unit assignments Recruiting and retention - reviewing new applications and scheduling interviews to build staff within the facility Guiding new hires through the onboarding process to ensure timely and efficient transition into the facility Assisting Director of Nursing/Assistant Directors of Nursing with filling staffing holes due to call offs Working with outside agency portals and programs to fill staffing needs as they arise Other duties as determined by leadership team What We Have To Offer:
