Give full attention to what other people are saying and take time to understand the points being made; asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Talk to others to convey information effectively.
Provide courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints.
Assist with other tasks at the hotel when not driving the shuttle.
