This role is designed for a dynamic individual capable of wearing multiple hats within our hotel and B&B operations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a love for wine and food, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
From front desk operations to guest services to basic computer tasks, this role requires flexibility, creativity, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Positivity is a must Guest Services:
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay.
Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
Housekeeping Oversight:
Coordinate and sometimes participate in daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure all rooms and common areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Wine Knowledge:
Acquire knowledge about our wines and the Grand River Valley wine region to offer recommendations and conduct tastings for guests.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with all team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure operational excellence across the estate.
Eagerness to engage with guests Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable hotel and winery experience.
Uphold all winery standards and policies, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred.
Passion for the hospitality industry, with a desire to learn about wine and culinary arts.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic culinary skills are a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license.
