Responsibilities:
Positivity is a must Eagerness to engage with guests Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining and winery experience.
Knowledgeably guide guests through our wine list and menu, offering recommendations that enhance their experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including our French/Italian fusion cuisine, and effectively communicate ingredients and preparation methods to guests.
Handle the setup, service, and breakdown of the bar and dining areas, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Uphold all winery standards and policies, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Toast Tables Experience (Nice to Have) Experience as a Host/Runner/Server in a high-quality bar or restaurant.
(Nice to have) A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology, with a willingness to learn about our specific wine offerings and food pairings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and think on your feet.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by our operating hours.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications, such as a SafeServe certification.
